Brief Job Description – Client interfacing manager, managing key accounts of the company. The candidate will be responsible for the clients assigned to them, understand and manage all their clients needs and expectations. He/ she will support the senior team in client acqusition and client onboarding.

Skills Required – Must have expereince in managing senior clients and manitatining them for a mimimum of 2 years. Must have keen intrest in technology, very good communication skills, both written and oral. A good understanding or intrest or expereince in beauty, fashion and lifestyle industries will be preffered. Good institutional sales records and stints. Is very well versed in computers and having a very good post graduation degree will be a plus. Good knowledge and participation is social media campaigns.

Detailed Job Description – Manage key clients of the organization. Engage with them regularly and ensure all the departments in the organization are delivering to their expectations. Understand the client brief from time to time and help the technology team understand and deliver to the same. Support the senior teams in sales calls and customer acquisition initiatives. Manage client records and billing and ensure healthy revenue collection. Will be an ambassador the company in front of clients and is expected to represent the company in making sales presentations, pitches and successfully onboarding clients.
